Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Now Available for Streaming
With Anime Expo 2026 just around the corner, fans were eagerly anticipating some major news about Demon Slayer. While it wasn’t the much-anticipated announcement regarding part 2 of Infinity Castle, there’s still exciting news: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle finally has a streaming release date.
This announcement comes nearly a year after the film shattered box office records, becoming the highest-grossing anime movie ever. Although a long wait can be frustrating, fans can look forward to streaming the movie on Crunchyroll starting July 28.
Infinity Castle is the first part of a trilogy that will wrap up the animated adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge’s acclaimed manga. The film plunges the members of the Demon Slayer Corps into intense battles after they fall into a trap set by the demon king, Muzan. Inside his Infinity Castle, Tanjiro and his allies, including the remaining Hashira, must confront Muzan’s most formidable demons, the Upper Moons, before they can face the source of evil himself.
Demon Slayer has gained recognition beyond the manga realm, thanks to ufotable’s stunning anime adaptation that captivated audiences with its breathtaking visuals while preserving the essence of Gotouge’s tale of family and vengeance. The first film, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train, transformed the industry by becoming the highest-grossing anime film at the time, a record later surpassed by Infinity Castle. While it may not be the sole reason for anime’s rise in popularity, Demon Slayer certainly played a significant role.
Now, fans can enjoy Infinity Castle from the comfort of their homes as they await news about the next chapter in the trilogy.
