Escape From Duckov Teams Up with Escape From Tarkov for Exciting Crossover Event
Quacky extraction shooter Escape From Duckov is making waves with its first-ever crossover, and it’s with the game that inspired it all, Escape From Tarkov. (Cue the Spider-Man meme.)
Developer Team Soda revealed this exciting collaboration earlier this week, and they’ve managed to secure a perfect match. “Step into a brand-new map and face off against classic characters from Escape From Tarkov,” the studio shared in a recent blog post announcing the update set for February 10.
On that same day, Team Soda will also introduce a new mount system and festival content alongside the Tarkov x Duckov crossover, though specifics on those features are still under wraps. You can catch a sneak peek of the charming, droopy-looking rideable horse in the update’s trailer.
Now, all that’s left is for Escape From Tarkov to embrace ducks. Lots of ducks. Rubber ducks would be a fun addition. In fact, Escape From Duckov could also find a cozy spot alongside Arc Raiders, given that community’s love for rubber ducks.
For those who haven’t yet joined the quack attack, Escape From Duckov is a massive shooter that quickly became a Steam sensation upon its release, selling over one million copies in its first week and surpassing concurrent player counts of Battlefield 6 and GTA 5 at its peak. The key difference is that Duckov focuses solely on PvE gameplay, but players will still be looting for survival and making their way back to extract with all their hard-earned goods.
