Get $100 Off All Storage Options for the Compact and Powerful iPad Mini
If your phone feels cramped but most tablets seem oversized, the latest iPad Mini strikes a perfect balance. Good news for those waiting for a deal: the base model with Wi-Fi and 128GB of storage is currently available for $399 at various retailers, marking a $100 discount. This price is just $50 above its lowest ever and the best deal since the holiday season. For those needing extra space, the 256GB version is also on sale, starting at $499, closely matching its all-time low.
At 8.3 inches, the iPad Mini is Apple’s most portable tablet, weighing only slightly more than the iPhone 17 Pro Max, making it comfortable for extended use—ideal for avid readers. Powered by Apple’s A17 Pro chip, it handles the multitasking capabilities of iPadOS 26 with ease, allowing you to keep multiple apps open for research or note-taking. It’s also capable of light gaming, streaming Netflix, video calls, and even some basic image editing.
The latest Mini has several appealing features, despite its somewhat outdated camera placement. It remains the most affordable iPad that supports the Apple Pencil Pro, unlocking advanced features like pressure sensitivity and double-tap tool switching that aren’t available with the USB-C Apple Pencil. Additionally, it’s the most budget-friendly way to access Apple Intelligence, which currently includes features like ChatGPT integration, custom emojis, and text rewriting or summarization across apps. While these features aren’t essential right now, a bit of futureproofing never hurts.
