Govee’s vibrant JBL-tuned Lamp Pro 2 hits its lowest price ever.

Memorial Day is often seen as the unofficial kickoff to summer, but with the chilly weather in many parts of the US this weekend, it might not feel that way just yet. However, it’s still a great time to grab some summer essentials, like a portable speaker and smart lamp combo such as the Govee Table Lamp 2 Pro. Right now, it’s available for its lowest price ever at $134.99, a $45 discount, at various retailers ahead of the holiday on May 25th.

Govee has a lineup of color-changing table lamps, and the Lamp 2 Pro stands out as the most versatile. This device merges a smart lamp with a JBL Bluetooth speaker, allowing you to fill your space with vibrant RGB lighting while jamming to your favorite tunes. While it’s not waterproof, it’s fairly portable at just 5 pounds and boasts a 5,200mAh battery that provides around 4.5 hours of playtime on a single charge.

The Lamp 2 Pro features a 360-degree lighting array powered by 210 individually controllable LED beads, capable of producing both colorful displays and up to 600 lumens of adjustable white light. With an impressive 100 presets to choose from—16 of which sync with music—you can easily switch between them using the Govee app via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It’s also compatible with smart home systems like Amazon Alexa and Google Home. Plus, the lamp offers a variety of ambient sounds, from chirping birds to crackling fireplaces, perfect for winding down after a long day.

As for the built-in JBL speaker, it delivers clear highs and decent mids, making it suitable for listening to the radio or your favorite podcasts. While the bass response is somewhat limited, it can get loud enough for your next backyard gathering.

Owala’s FreeSip Sway, a popular choice in gift guides and my go-to water bottle, is currently on sale for $27.99, a $7 discount. This 30-ounce bottle features both a built-in straw and a wide-mouth spout, making it versatile for any drinking preference. Its tapered design fits standard cupholders, addressing a common issue with previous models.

Wildfire season in the American West is shaping up to be challenging, but if you’re in a smoke-prone area or just want to avoid pollen, the Coway Airmega Mighty AP-1512HH is available for $159.99, an $80 discount. While it’s not the lowest price we’ve seen recently, it’s still a solid deal for an efficient air purifier with a compact design and a three-stage filtration system, including a true HEPA filter.

Lastly, the Thermacell E90 Rechargeable Mosquito Repellent is down to $38.49, about $17 off, marking the best price we’ve seen this year. With a 20-foot protection zone, it’s one of the best solutions for keeping pesky bugs away, though it only comes with one 12-hour cartridge. Still, it offers around nine hours of use per charge via USB, making it a reliable companion for summer evenings.
