This collection, released in September, includes digital versions of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. Both titles were crafted by Ubisoft specifically for the Nintendo Switch. Kingdom Battle and Sparks of Hope stand out as some of the finest turn-based strategy games on the Switch (and Switch 2), so be sure to take advantage of this offer before it disappears.

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle received a 9/10 in a review, showcasing its unexpected success as a tactical strategy game reminiscent of XCOM. The combination of Super Mario and Ubisoft’s quirky Rabbids might seem strange, but Kingdom Battle excels with its clever level design and engaging turn-based mechanics. The interactions between the Mushroom Kingdom characters and the Rabbids, who mimic them, provide a genuinely entertaining and often humorous experience. Five years later, Ubisoft launched Sparks of Hope, a sequel that surpasses the original, also earning a 9/10 in a review. This installment revamped the tactical gameplay by eliminating the grid, allowing for more strategic options in battles. Additionally, Sparks of Hope introduced enhanced character customization and upgrade systems. It’s highly recommended to play Kingdom Battle before diving into Sparks of Hope to fully appreciate the character dynamics.
