GTA 5 to Leave PlayStation Plus Just Ahead of GTA VI Release
If you’re among the few who haven’t yet jumped into the world of Grand Theft Auto V, and you have a PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium subscription, you’re running out of time to experience it through the service. According to reports from users, Sony has been notifying PS5 owners that Once Upon A Time In Los Santos will be removed from the lineup on November 17, just two days before the highly anticipated release of GTA VI on November 19.
In a playful twist, the notification not only warns about the departure of GTA V but also offers a chance to pre-order GTA VI. Given the massive scale of the upcoming title and the lengthy development process, every little bit of support counts for Rockstar as they aim for profitability.
Players have just over a month to wrap up their adventures in a game that has kept the Grand Theft Auto flame alive for Rockstar, alongside GTA Online, for the past 13 years. Spanning three console generations, it’s recognized as the second best-selling game of all time, making it a must-play for anyone who hasn’t yet experienced its expansive world.
