GTA 6 Fans Pranked by Fake Lucia Leak Rumors

Three days into an unprecedented wave of Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks, fans are scratching their heads over the absence of co-star Lucia Caminos in the content. While we’ve seen plenty of her partner, Jason Duval, wreaking havoc in Leonida through various gameplay clips, the demand for Lucia is driving some fans to hilariously misguided conclusions.

It appears the hackers haven’t delved too deeply into the game. From official materials released by Rockstar, we know that GTA 6 kicks off with Lucia incarcerated in Leonida Penitentiary after “fighting for her family.” Early screenshots and trailers depict her in orange prison attire or working out behind bars. She eventually gets released, with Jason picking her up to help them start anew.

One gameplay clip did show Cyberleek flying over Leonida Penitentiary, though.

Some fans seem unaware of GTA 6’s storyline, while others have fallen victim to a flood of misinformation surrounding the game. As Cyberleek continues to share footage, the hacking group has been polling the public on what they want to see next. The latest vote resulted in the reveal of a hypercar from GTA 6.

Before that, fake screenshots claiming to show a “Lucia Ending Video” circulated, causing quite a stir despite being entirely fabricated. So far, aside from a few thinly veiled jabs at Rockstar, the leaks have mostly consisted of random gameplay featuring Jason Duval stealing cars and taking out NPCs.

Desperation is setting in among fans. Much of this is playing out in the unmoderated GTA 6 subreddit, where leaked gameplay clips aren’t swiftly removed. Before the recent leaks, the forum was filled with explicit posts about Lucia. With the new footage, dozens of crude threads have emerged, clamoring for more Lucia content.

Some fans are simply wondering when, or if, Lucia will make an appearance in the leaks. Others are pleading with Cyberleek to share everything from Lucia in a bikini to images of her feet and armpits. The phrase “jiggle physics” frequently pops up in these discussions, along with questions about whether Lucia and Jason will get intimate. These are just the conversations we can mention without crossing into vulgarity.

The situation has spiraled into a meme-worthy mess. Some GTA 6 fans are even trying to prank each other into believing they’ve spotted footage of Lucia, only to reveal it’s actually from Fortnite or GTA 5.

As misinformation spreads, fans are getting tricked into following fake social media accounts, useless Discord servers, and dubious groups. One particularly amusing incident involved a fake hacker Telegram group claiming to have a complete build of the game. They promised to post footage of Lucia naked to prove their access. Thousands joined, eagerly awaiting a live reveal, only to be shown an AI-generated nude version of Lucia. Such content has circulated in certain GTA 6 circles before, thanks to tools designed to create explicit 3D models. However, many were unaware of this technology, paving the way for GTA 6 scammers.

Even after the Telegram group was exposed as a hoax, some fans had just one question.

“Can I please see it????”
