Greetings from the quietest week of the year, when most gamers have logged off to enjoy time with their families. This is my chance to dive into some offbeat topics while I’m working through the holiday. I once found myself alone on New Year’s Day and ended up posting about cats all day, which didn’t sit well with some folks! After that, I was no longer trusted to run things solo.

I’m here to give you a glimpse of what I might discuss, but honestly, even I’m not sure what my focus is anymore. Somehow, I’ve become our business reporter, in-house media critic, heavy metal aficionado, and the go-to for all things related to Elon Musk’s quirks. On top of that, I dabble in writing about pop culture, policy, and legal matters, including fraud trials. Occasionally, I review outdoor tech as a pretext for a two-week backpacking trip.
