A fresh season of Fortnite brings a brand-new set of quests to help you power through the battle pass, and trust me, you’ll need it—progression in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 is slower than ever. With these quests to give you a leg up and this guide to help you tackle them efficiently, you’ll unlock those superstyles before you know it. Meanwhile, the crossover with South Park is in full effect, featuring a free event pass and quests that can earn you three account levels’ worth of XP.

**Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 Weekly Highlights Quests – 12K XP Each**
Every week, six new quests will be added to the Weekly Highlights list. These quests, which can be completed in Battle Royale or Zero Build, each reward 12K XP, and every third quest you finish grants an extra 25K XP—up to 12 times. Currently, only the first set is available, with Week 2 quests dropping on December 11.

**Week 1-2 Quests**
– **Travel 500 distance while flying with a wingsuit:** Use the wingsuit to launch into the air and glide back down. You can complete this in one or two flights, and with ten charges per wingsuit, it’s a breeze.
– **Travel 500 distance while boosting in a vehicle:** Use the boost feature on cars or SUVs—golf carts won’t cut it for this quest.
– **Outlast 40 players without taking storm damage:** Just avoid the storm for the first five minutes of a match, and you’ll easily complete this in one round.
– **Eliminate three opponents with the Iron Pump Shotgun or Grenades:** Both items can drop from various loot sources.
– **Travel 250 distance while sprinting with an assault rifle equipped:** Make sure your assault rifle is equipped while you sprint; just having it in your inventory won’t count.
– **Break glass with a pickaxe:** Smash any glass window with your pickaxe to finish this quest.
– **Become a boss by collecting a defeated Boss’s token:** Take down one of the boss NPCs on the island and claim their token to gain extra health, shields, and special powers.
– **Destroy 15 props with explosions:** Find props at movie sets around the island, especially at Sus Studios, and use grenades to blow them up.
– **Eliminate 5 opponents with the Twin Hammer Shotguns:** Both players and NPCs count for this quest.
– **Collect 3 weapons at Painted Palms:** Pick up three different weapons at Painted Palms—no picking up and dropping the same weapon.
– **Blow up a vehicle, then sprint away:** Any vehicle will do, including parked ones.

**Weeks 3-5 Quests**
– **Complete 12 quests from this batch for Cat Holloway – 1 level of XP:** You’ll need to finish every quest in Weeks 3-5.
– **Meet with Cat Holloway to start weapons practice:** Visit the Cat Holloway NPC in Humble Hills to kick off this quest.
– **Eliminate three opponents with a hired character:** Hire an NPC and take down three enemies; they don’t have to be the same NPC.
– **Search 15 ammo containers:** Simply loot ammo containers over multiple matches.
– **Hit 10 shooting gallery targets at Wonkeeland/Cartmanland:** Find the shooting gallery and hit the stationary targets to complete this in one go.
– **Damage opponents while aiming with sighted weapons (500 points):** Use a scoped weapon to deal damage.
– **Collect 10 rare or better weapons:** Just pick up ten blue, purple, or gold weapons.
– **Mark five healing items for your squad:** Use the squad ping system to mark any healing items.
– **Damage opponents within 20 meters while hip-firing (500 points):** Hit enemies without aiming down sights.
– **Talk to two of your fans and sign autographs:** Interact with NPCs in TipTop Terrace, Lethal Labs, Classified Canyon, or Painted Palms.
– **Build or destroy 5 objects in 10 seconds:** Complete this easily by either method, but building over objects can be more efficient.
– **Hit opponents 10 times while in a bush:** Shoot from a bush to complete this quest.
– **Ride the ferris wheel at Cartmanland:** Attach yourself to the ferris wheel to finish this quest.
– **Headshot an opponent with a sniper rifle:** Just one headshot is needed, and NPCs count.

**Weeks 6-7 Quests**
– **Defeat 5 players that are bosses – 1 level of XP:** Take down five players with boss medallions; their locations are marked on the mini-map.
– **Damage opponents (200 points) within 5 seconds after using Stealth Splash:** Use this new healing item to become briefly invisible and ambush enemies.
– **Land at Painted Palms or Ripped Tides and interact with characters three times:** Interactions only count if you land at one of these locations first.
– **Scout three new locations for Kingston:** Visit three marked spots on your map.
– **Search 15 chests before the first storm closes:** You have about three minutes to loot, and it doesn’t have to be in one match.

**Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 Battle Pass Quests**
This season’s battle pass features more items than ever, including extra styles for Cat Holloway, Carter Wu, and Dark Voyager, which can be earned through specific game mode quests. To start these quests, you must first unlock both base styles for the skin. For instance, unlock both the standard and Silver Screen Cat styles for Cat Holloway before tackling her objectives. You have the entire season to complete these, and a skilled player can finish each set in just a couple of hours, so there’s no need to rush.

**Cat Holloway Battle Pass Quests**
To unlock the Media Blitz Cat cosmetics, complete seven quests in Blitz Royale, starting with three. Finish those to unlock three more, and completing those will lead to a final quest.

– **Batch 1: Emote at named locations in three different matches:** Emote in three separate matches, regardless of location.
– **Batch 1: Collect three exotic or mythic weapons from eliminated players:** Blitz Royale makes this easy, as players often have these weapons.
– **Batch 1: Enter a rift within 10 seconds of hitting a player:** Damage an enemy and quickly jump into a rift.
– **Batch 2: Have items of four different rarities in your inventory:** This will likely happen naturally as you collect items.
– **Batch 2: Damage players (1,500 points) with mythic or exotic items within 15 meters:** Get close and deal damage with these powerful weapons.
– **Batch 2: Headshot players from above 10 times with Epic or better weapons:** Use rooftops to gain the advantage.
– **Final quest: Win a Victory Royale:** Secure a win in Blitz Royale to complete Cat Holloway’s questline.
