October 2026 PS Plus Games Revealed, Featuring Latest Mafia Title

On Wednesday, Sony Interactive Entertainment unveiled the lineup of titles coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog this October. Players can look forward to the latest Mafia installment, Horizon Forbidden West, and more, all available starting October 20.

Mafia: The Old Country serves as a prequel set in early 1900s Sicily, drawing inspiration from the roots of the Sicilian Mafia. Step into the shoes of Enzo Favara, who finds himself caught up with the Torrisi crime family. While the game offers plenty of crime and action, it also tackles significant real-world issues like labor struggles and poverty that impacted Italians during that era. As noted in a review, “Mafia: The Old Country is a sobering reminder that tough times still create a breeding ground for exploitation today, just as they did in Sicily.”

The new titles in the Game Catalog will be released on staggered dates. Mafia: The Old Country will be available for US subscribers on October 20, with most of the other new games joining the lineup the following week. Here’s a look at what’s new in the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for October 2026 and when US players can dive in:
