Oppo Launches First Smartphone Featuring Three 200-Megapixel Cameras

Oppo has just unveiled its latest flagship, the Find X10 Pro Max, in China, making waves as the first smartphone to feature 200-megapixel sensors across all three rear cameras. With a remarkable 17-stop dynamic range for the main camera, thanks to what Oppo dubs “DeepPix sensor technology,” this device promises more than just high resolution—an essential factor since sheer megapixel counts haven’t been the sole focus of smartphone photography for quite a while.

The triple rear camera setup is housed in a distinctive square camera island, complemented by a separate bar that includes the flash and an additional sensor. An eye-catching orange accent line highlights Oppo’s collaboration with Hasselblad on camera technology. The standard Find X10 shares a similar aesthetic but lacks the extra lens and features a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera instead.

Under the hood, the Pro Max is equipped with MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9600 Pro processor, while the base Find X10 runs on the 9600M. Both models boast impressive 8,000mAh batteries, IP69 ratings for durability, and customizable photography color profiles along with various film looks.

Oppo’s launch of the Find X10 comes right after Vivo’s introduction of the X500 series, which also features the same 17-stop dynamic range. Tomorrow, Xiaomi is set to unveil its 18 Pro flagships, as major Android manufacturers in China race to release their top-tier devices ahead of the holiday shopping season. Oppo has also confirmed that the Find X10 Pro Max will be available internationally in the future.
