A brand-new trailer for The Mandalorian featuring Grogu is here, showcasing Pedro Pascal’s Din Djarin unmasked multiple times.

In the new footage, which you can check out above, Djarin and his tiny green companion, Baby Yoda, embark on another action-packed adventure. This time, they find themselves in a conflict with the Hutts, and we see the return of the Hutt twins. The mystical elements of the story are teased as Grogu meditates, uses the Force to take down a droid, and navigates a cave with a staff, reminiscent of the beloved Yoda.

This trailer follows a teaser released yesterday, which evoked classic Star Wars nostalgia with shots of X-wings against a sunset and the iconic John Williams score.

This marks the first Star Wars film since 2019, with Star Wars: Starfighter set to arrive in 2027.

The initial trailer for the film introduced us to the live-action Rotta the Hutt and Sigourney Weaver’s Colonel Ward. This followed behind-the-scenes footage shown at Star Wars Celebration 2025, hinting at a return to the beloved story’s Disney Plus roots.

Next on the Star Wars slate is Maul – Shadow Lord, which takes place between The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels, reintroducing the infamous ex-Sith Lord. Ahsoka season 2 is also anticipated this year.

The Mandalorian and Grogu premiere on May 22. In the meantime, catch up on everything else the galaxy far, far away has to offer with our guide to all the upcoming Star Wars movies and shows.
