PlayStation Collaborates with K-pop Star for Exciting New Hardware Launch

K-Pop sensation Lisa is teaming up with PlayStation to unveil a themed DualSense controller along with an exclusive merchandise collection. Set to launch on October 30, eager gamers can start pre-ordering on October 2. Given that Lisa’s DualSense wireless PS5 controller is a limited-edition release, securing one might be a challenge.

This collaboration marks Lisa’s continued presence in the gaming world. The Thai K-Pop star first connected with PlayStation in 2025, appearing in a commercial that highlighted her favorite games. Additionally, she headlined the Fortnite Festival during Season 12 from November 2025 to February 2026.

As a passionate gamer, Lisa was thrilled to design her own controller. The touchpad features engravings of her bangs and eyes, while her signature is placed near the right analog stick. The controller boasts a subtle color palette called Chroma Pearl, which is her favorite and will complement any gaming setup.

The partnership will also introduce a range of unique merchandise designed by Lisa, released in two waves. This collection includes apparel, hats, tote bags, keychains, stickers, and a carrying case for the DualSense controller. Some items will be available for pre-order on the PlayStation website, launching on October 30 alongside the controller, while additional products will be sold on Lisa’s official Amazon store starting October 23, coinciding with her EP release, Press Play.

With scalpers often targeting special edition items, players should act quickly. For instance, the Grand Theft Auto 6 controller was listed on resale sites for double its retail price even before it sold out. To avoid paying inflated prices, fans looking to grab the Lisa controller should make their purchase as soon as pre-orders open on October 2 at 10 a.m. ET, ensuring they can buy it for the retail price of $84.99.

For fans in Europe and the UK, pre-orders will be available for €84.99 or £74.99 at the same time on October 2, but the merchandise will be exclusive to the United States for now.

The new DualSense controller offers GTA 6 fans on PS5 a taste of Vice City.
