Pokémon Pokopia Update Introduces Exciting Quality-of-Life Enhancements

Pokémon Pokopia update 2.0.0 has arrived, bringing with it an exciting new feature: Ditto can now explore underwater! Plus, if you grab the Pokopia expansion pass, you’ll unlock the Bubbly Basin region, complete with a fresh storyline and a host of new Pokémon to discover.

In addition to these major updates, there are several smaller enhancements that long-time Pokopia fans will appreciate. Here are some key highlights, followed by the complete patch notes.

First up, the portal pod is a game-changer for anyone struggling with storage in Pokopia. This new item acts as a universal chest that remains accessible across different regions, allowing you to retrieve your items no matter where you are. Say goodbye to the hassle of traveling back and forth just to collect essential building materials.

Another quality-of-life upgrade is the ability to appraise up to 10 lost relics at once, whether you’re chatting with Professor Tangrowth or using the computer in Palette Town. Additionally, if you’re on the hunt for a specific Pokémon in another region, you can now return directly to your home in that area without needing to exit the Pokédex.

If you need to clear out a Pokémon’s habitat, rebuilding it in the same spot will prompt them to move back in automatically. Plus, if you remove furniture and upset a Pokémon, they’ll notice much faster when that furniture is replaced.

Bubbly Basin is just around the corner—will your favorite Pokémon be part of the adventure?

There’s even more to explore in this latest update. Here are the full patch notes detailing the improvements and fixes made.
