When is Predator: Badlands hitting streaming platforms? If you’re a fan of the iconic alien hunter, this new film—featuring a Yautja as the lead for the first time—should be on your watchlist. If you’ve been waiting for its streaming release, the wait is almost over…

Directed by Dan Trachtenberg, who revitalized the franchise with the acclaimed Prey in 2022, Predator: Badlands follows Dek (Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi), a young outcast Predator on a quest to earn his honor by taking down an unbeatable beast. Along the way, he teams up with Thia (Elle Fanning), a Weyland-Yutani synthetic, forming an unexpected partnership.

The film received positive reviews upon release, with critics noting, “As a blockbuster action-adventure, Badlands delivers.”

Predator: Badlands hit theaters on November 3, 2025, and performed impressively, raking in a worldwide total of $184.6 million by the end of January 2026.

It became available for digital rental and purchase on January 6, 2026, with a physical release set for DVD, Blu-ray, and Ultra HD Blu-ray on February 17.

But what about streaming? While we had limited information, the last two Predator films—Prey and Predator: Killer of Killers—were Hulu originals. We speculated that Badlands would follow suit, predicting a March release on Hulu.

Turns out, we were pleasantly surprised. It’s now confirmed that Predator: Badlands will debut on Hulu and Disney+ on February 12, 2026, just in time for Valentine’s Day. It may not be the typical date night pick, but we’re all in for it!
