Preorders Open for Apple’s HomePod Mini 2

After almost six years, a new and enhanced HomePod Mini has arrived. The HomePod Mini 2, priced at $149, is set to launch on Friday, October 30th, with preorders available now through Apple.

This updated speaker is powered by the S10 chip, which first appeared in the Apple Watch Series 10, enabling a range of advanced features. A future update will bring Siri AI support, enhancing your experience with a more capable voice assistant. Additionally, the speaker can be part of a four-speaker surround sound setup when paired with the latest Apple TV 4K, and it can also function as speakers for a Mac computer that supports Wi-Fi 6E. To top it off, the HomePod Mini 2 features a unique LED display that can mimic the album artwork of the music you’re enjoying.
