Save $150 on the previous-generation Mac Mini featuring the M4 chip.

Best Buy is offering a fantastic deal today on the M4 Mac Mini base model, featuring 16GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD. Typically, the M4 model’s standard price of $799 doesn’t seem as appealing, especially with the newer, faster M6 version available on Amazon for $779.99 (down from $899) for the last couple of weeks. However, at just $649, the M4 becomes a much more attractive option.

Launched at $599 in 2024, the M4 Mac Mini was a great value. This sale price puts it only $50 above its original cost, rather than the usual $200 markup, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to snag a modern Mac desktop on a budget.

While the M6 model boasts some notable improvements in processing power, opting for the M4 means you won’t be missing out on much. The design and ports are nearly the same, and both models require you to provide your own keyboard, mouse, display, and webcam. If you’re torn between the M4 and M6, consider checking out a review of the M6 Mac Mini; the newer model might justify the extra $130 investment.

In addition to the Mac Mini deal, there are some other noteworthy discounts available:

* LG’s C6 OLED lineup has seen significant price cuts, especially on the larger models. The 55-inch version is now $999.99 at various retailers, down from $1,399.99, making it a great time to upgrade. The 65-inch model is also cheaper, now priced at $1,399.99, previously $1,699.99. For those with a larger space and budget, the 77-inch LG C6H is available for $1,999.99, reduced from $2,499.99.

* For $499.99, you can grab a 14-inch HP OmniBook 3 during Best Buy’s deal of the day. It features a 2K OLED screen, a capable Snapdragon X ARM processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious gamers. The Snapdragon processor can handle most x86 Windows 11 apps with ease, and it’s rare to find such specs at this price point.

* As Halloween approaches, it’s the perfect time to plan your gaming lineup. The highly praised Silent Hill 2 remake is currently available for $21.34 on Steam via a third-party site. If you’re willing to spend a bit more, Resident Evil Requiem, one of Capcom’s standout titles from 2026, is $20 off at Amazon across all platforms, now priced at $49.99.
