South Park Joins Fortnite This Week!
South Park is once again stepping into the gaming spotlight, following in the footsteps of The Simpsons. Just a few months after a mini season featuring The Simpsons in Fortnite, Epic Games is hinting at the arrival of Comedy Central’s South Park, complete with its iconic, foul-mouthed kids. The first teaser image was posted on Fortnite’s official social media, offering little more than a cryptic message—”Chaos, loading…”—alongside a reveal date of January 9.
Previous leaks indicate that the main South Park characters—Kenny, Kyle, Cartman, and Stan—might be equipped with mech suits to level the playing field. There are also rumors of a South Park mini pass that could feature all or some of these characters. Additionally, it seems the Stick of Truth, a key item from the 2014 game South Park: Stick of Truth, could play a significant role in this crossover. Leakers suggest that the Stick of Truth may allow players to control or alter the island’s storms. Recently, Fortnite welcomed Bigfoot and Kim Kardashian, with only Kim being a playable character. The game has also introduced skins for Bleach characters Ichigo Kurosaki, Rukia Kuchiki, Orihime Inoue, and Uryu Ishida.
