Spider-Man: Brand New Day Trailer Surfaces Online Amid Ongoing Marvel Leaks
Not long after the first trailer for Avengers: Doomsday made its debut online, a trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day has also leaked ahead of its official release.
While it’s tough to confirm the authenticity of the trailer, the rapid removal of the clip due to copyright claims suggests it might be the real deal.
Set to the tune of LCD Soundsystem’s “New York, I Love You But You’re Bringing Me Down,” the footage portrays a rather lonely Spidey, grappling with the aftermath of Doctor Strange’s spell that erased Peter Parker from everyone’s memory at the end of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
The trailer also teases Sadie Sink’s enigmatic character, who warns Peter to steer clear of her. Additionally, we catch a voiceover from Tombstone, adding to the intrigue.
Bruce Banner makes a cameo as well, with Peter reaching out to him for assistance. And let’s not forget the Punisher, who makes a striking appearance with his signature gunslinging style. There are plenty of action-packed moments featuring Spidey swinging through the city.
As for the official release date of the trailer, that’s still under wraps. The Avengers: Doomsday trailer is set to accompany Avatar: Fire and Ash, with reports indicating that a new trailer will drop each week during the first month of the film’s run.
The initial Doomsday trailer centers on Steve Rogers, portrayed once again by Chris Evans, picking up right after the emotional finale of Avengers: Endgame, where he shared a dance with Peggy Carter. Now, it seems Steve has a little one to care for…
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is slated to hit theaters on July 31, while Avengers: Doomsday is set for December 18.
