This Month’s PS Plus Offers Five PS5 Games, Featuring Multiple Tomb Raider Titles
April has arrived, bringing with it blooming flowers and rain showers, and for gamers, it also means fresh freebies from Sony for PS Plus subscribers. This month, Sony is offering not just three or four, but five exciting games, including Tomb Raider Remastered and Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream.
On April 1, PlayStation unveiled the lineup for April, which will be accessible to all PS Plus subscribers across every tier. Starting April 7, these games can be permanently added to your PlayStation library. Once they’re in your collection, you can download and play them anytime as long as you maintain an active PS Plus Essential, Extra, or Premium subscription. Here’s what you can look forward to and the platforms they’re available on.
Make sure to snag these PS Plus monthly games quickly, as they’ll only be available for free until May 4. After that, a new selection of unannounced games will be up for grabs.
This month’s PS Plus offerings include Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered, which features enhanced versions of Lara Croft’s iconic first three adventures. I might feel a bit salty since I recently purchased a bundle that included this remastered collection along with Tomb Raider 4-6, all at a great price. Additionally, there’s Lords of the Fallen, a Souls-like action RPG that’s a newer title sharing its name with the 2014 original. Lastly, Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream promises a fun co-op RPG experience for fans of the anime series.
And don’t forget to add March’s free games to your PlayStation library before they disappear. You have until April 6 to claim PGA Tour 2K25, Monster Hunter Rise, Slime Rancher 2, and The Elder Scrolls Online.
