VSCO Introduces Studio Pro: A New Mobile Photo Editing App with an Annual Subscription of $500

VSCO is stepping up to challenge Adobe with the launch of its new Studio Pro editing app, which is now available on iOS and set to arrive on macOS later this year. The app features tools for batch editing, style matching using a reference image, and sharing through VSCO Galleries. More functionalities are on the horizon, including support for RAW images, enhanced export options, and advanced editing tools like image aspect ratio adjustments.

According to a press release, Studio Pro is designed for handling high-volume editing tasks, making it ideal for weddings, portraits, events, sports, school photography, and other large-scale shoots.

Later this month, VSCO will introduce the VSCO One subscription, priced at $500 per year. This subscription aims to streamline the photo editing and business management process, offering a cohesive alternative to the often disjointed software solutions currently available. It aligns with the cost of an annual Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription and includes access to VSCO’s suite of apps, such as Studio Pro, Capture, Galleries, Workspace, Sites, AI Lab, Canvas, and a mentorship program for freelance photographers.
