Weber Slashes Prices on Grills and Griddles for July 4th Sales Event
If you’re feeling inspired to fire up the grill after our recent chat with Weber Blackstone CEO Roger Dahle, you’re in luck! Weber has a fantastic selection of grills, smokers, griddles, and accessories available at significant discounts just in time for the July 4th holiday. They offer a variety of models, and we’ve highlighted some great options across different price ranges. Many of these picks are about $50 cheaper than what you’ll find at other retailers, but we’ve also noted where you might find similar prices at local hardware stores.
For those casual backyard cookouts, the Spirit E-325 is a solid choice with three burners. It’s priced at $499 for propane (down from $549) or $549 for natural gas (originally $599), which is a notable deal since these rarely go on sale. With a grilling surface of 360 square inches, it’s perfect for cooking up a few burgers for you and your friends, plus it has a 90 square inch warming rack for toasting buns or keeping delicate items warm without burning. This model also features two searing zones for higher heat, making it a great upgrade over the more basic $449 E-310.
If you’re after a flattop with a drip catch, the Slate 30-inch rust-resistant griddle is currently $50 off, bringing it down to $649, which is $50 less than Home Depot’s price. This griddle can reach up to 500 degrees and heats up quickly, with wind guards to ensure even cooking. It’s ideal for larger gatherings, capable of cooking about 22 burgers at once, while the larger 36-inch version can handle 30. Note that only the propane version of the 30-inch griddle is discounted, so you’ll need to consider a different size if you’re using natural gas.
For a more portable option, the 17-inch tabletop griddle is also $50 off, now priced at $249. It features the same rust-resistant carbon-steel cooking surface as the larger models and can reach up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit using a disposable propane cylinder (not included). The adjustable feet help keep your oil evenly distributed, which is especially useful on uneven surfaces. This deal is available at both Home Depot and Ace Hardware if you’re looking to grab one locally.
For those seeking something more premium, the Searwood XL 600 is now $100 off, bringing the price down to $1,199. This pellet grill can smoke at low temperatures of 180 degrees Fahrenheit for slow cooking or sear at up to 600 degrees for perfect burgers and steaks. With 972 square inches of cooking space, Weber estimates it can fit around 20 burgers if you use both cooking layers. There’s also a smaller Searwood 600 available at a discount if you need something more compact, but the extra space on the larger model is worth the $200 price difference.
