Xbox Elite Series 2 Controllers Now Available at Lower Prices Than Black Friday Discounts

Xbox and PC gamers can snag some fantastic deals on Microsoft’s Elite Series 2 and Elite Series 2 Core Controllers at various retailers. The standard Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller is currently priced at $135, down from $200, making it five bucks cheaper than its Black Friday/Cyber Monday price. Meanwhile, the Elite Series 2 Core is available for just $110, which is $15 less than its price during last month’s sales event. Additionally, Scuf’s Elite Series 2 Paddles are on sale for only $13, down from $20.

The standard Elite Series 2 boasts a range of customizable features and swappable magnetic components that the regular Xbox Wireless Controller lacks. Here’s a quick overview of its standout features and accessories:

– Four removable back paddles
– Metal analog sticks with adjustable tension
– Six swappable stick caps (standard x2, classic x2, wide dome, tall)
– Two D-pads: Circular 8-way & standard 4-way
– Built-in trigger locks with three stopping points
– Three custom control profiles
– Charging dock
– Braided USB-C cable
– Hardshell case with accessory slots

Keep in mind that the Elite Series 2 Core does not include the swappable components.

Standard and Special Edition Xbox Wireless Controllers are also available at great prices, including the Carbon Black edition for just $38 and the Electric Volt for $40.

The Elite Series 2 previously sold for $180 but saw a $20 price increase in May due to adjustments in Xbox hardware and first-party accessory pricing in response to US tariffs. Standard and Special Edition Xbox Wireless Controllers also experienced a $5 price hike at that time.
