Xbox Unveils Gameplay for the Much-Awaited State of Decay 3

During today’s major Xbox showcase, gameplay footage for the long-awaited State of Decay 3 was finally revealed. This installment is set to launch next year on Xbox, PS5, and PC.

The gameplay trailer showcased a larger, more ominous world compared to previous titles from Undead Labs.

Fans of the series will recognize some familiar special infected, including the iconic exploding zombie, a staple in any zombie game.

State of Decay 3 was initially announced back in 2020 with a trailer that turned out to be misleading and not representative of the actual game. Now, six years later, we’ve finally caught a glimpse of what’s to come. Will it hit the shelves in 2027? Only time will tell.
