Fluxo and W7M Join Forces to Form Fluxo W7M

Brazilian esports teams Fluxo and W7M have joined forces, announcing their merger to form a new entity called Fluxo W7M.

The financial details of this merger remain undisclosed, as both organizations operate privately.

This collaboration stems from over a year of joint efforts in League of Legends, where both teams have aligned their operations and strategies more closely.

Beyond League of Legends, the merger unites players and coaching staff from both organizations across various titles, including Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Free Fire, EA Sports FC, and Fluxo FC (Kings League). The new organization aims to eliminate redundancies, streamline operations, and build a robust foundation to compete for titles right away. Existing sponsorships and partnerships will be maintained under their original agreements.

The integration process is already in motion, being executed in a structured way that respects all current sporting, commercial, and operational commitments.

“This merger is not just about combining operations — it’s about forging a stronger organization that’s better equipped to deliver value to partners, athletes, and fans,” stated Felipe Funari, CEO of W7M. “We are merging structure and community, performance and management, with the aim of taking Brazilian esports to new heights.”

Fluxo’s founders, Nobru and Cerol, will continue as partners and part of the management team, remaining actively involved in decision-making, although specific details about their roles have not been disclosed.
