Join the Fun: VCT EMEA Barcelona Fan Fest Dates and Attendance Details
VALORANT enthusiasts heading to Barcelona for the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Finals can expect more than just thrilling matches at the Olympic Arena.
From August 28 to 30, the VCT EMEA Barcelona Fan Fest will feature team booths, creator meet-and-greets, mini-games, giveaways, partner activations, and much more in the vicinity of the venue. Even without a Finals ticket, there’s plenty to explore and enjoy.
This free community event runs alongside the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Finals, taking place around the Olímpic Arena in Badalona. It’s designed as a full-on VALORANT celebration outside the main tournament. Here’s what to look forward to at the Fan Fest:
Open to everyone aged 16 and older, the Fan Fest B Site is the only area accessible to all ages. You don’t need a Finals ticket to enter, although the Concourse area inside the arena is restricted to ticket holders.
The main entrance to the Fan Fest is located on Carrer de Pau Claris. Fan Fest A Site can be found at the back entrance of the Olímpic Arena, while Fan Fest B Site is adjacent to the front entrance on Carrer de Ponent. The venue is about a 30-minute ride from central Barcelona via public transport. Here are some routes to consider:
Similar to Parc des Princes stadium in Paris, you can bring backpacks and small bags as long as they are 25L or smaller, roughly the size of an A4 sheet.
You’re allowed to bring in small amounts of food and non-alcoholic drinks, with free water refill stations available. However, alcohol is not permitted or sold within the Fan Fest or arena.
Fans will have the opportunity to meet creators in the Razer-sponsored meet-and-greet area. Talent from across the VALORANT EMEA scene will be present, with the final lineup of creators to be announced later on social media.
Team booths will be a major highlight of the event, each featuring unique activities, merchandise, photo opportunities, giveaways, and the chance to challenge a pro player in 1v1 matches. Confirmed teams will be present, and additional teams that qualify for the Finals may also make appearances, though this will be confirmed closer to the event.
You can also dive into various playable activities. The gaming area will include 1v1 Duels, 3v3 Retake, and 5v5 Swift Play, where you can earn stamps for the KitKat mission booklet by completing different challenges.
Saturday will be the most competitive day in the 5v5 area, as it will serve as a Circuito Tormenta tour stop, crowning the Kings of Barcelona. Participating in the new 3v3 Retake mode will earn you a Circuito Tormenta Arena stamp.
The Fan Fest will also feature several themed VALORANT activities and photo spots:
Partner activations will be scattered throughout, providing more areas to relax and explore. Highlights include a KitKat lounge with beanbag chairs and arcade machines, an OMODA car display, and Sony INZONE gaming gear developed with Fnatic.
Fan Fest B Site will also host food trucks, seating, and a giant VCT EMEA sign perfect for photos. This area is the only one open to all ages, making it an ideal hangout for groups with varying age ranges.
Yes, the Fan Fest is free for anyone who meets the 16+ age requirement.
If you leave the Fan Fest, you will need to re-enter through the arena entrance.
