NODWIN Gaming Strengthens IPO Push with Arnd Benninghoff Appointment and Pre-IPO Fundraising Plans

NODWIN Gaming has taken a significant step toward its public listing ambitions by initiating a pre-IPO fundraising round and appointing seasoned industry executive Arnd Benninghoff to its Board of Directors. The move reflects the company’s intent to accelerate global expansion while reinforcing its leadership team with experienced voices from the international gaming ecosystem.

Strategic Expansion and Financial Momentum

The upcoming funding round will include both primary capital to support organic growth and acquisitions, along with a secondary component offering liquidity to existing investors. This development comes at a time when NODWIN Gaming has reported strong financial performance, including a return to EBITDA profitability and a notable 42% year-on-year revenue increase, reaching $58.5 million in the first nine months of FY26.

Benninghoff, currently associated with Modern Times Group, brings extensive experience in digital media, investments, and gaming. His addition is expected to guide NODWIN through its next phase of strategic growth, particularly as it prepares for public markets.

To support its IPO journey, the company has also onboarded UBS as its lead advisor for both the fundraising round and the eventual listing.

NODWIN Gaming continues to expand its global footprint, particularly across emerging markets in South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Its growth strategy includes acquisitions such as StarLadder and partnerships with major global gaming events like the Evolution Championship Series (EVO).
