Complete List of Wuthering Waves Codes for January 2026 and Redemption Guide

January 9, 2026: We’ve been on the lookout for new Wuthering Waves codes and can confirm that fresh promos won’t be available until the 3.1 livestream on January 23.

In 2025, Wuthering Waves codes have been rolling out more frequently, which is great news for players, especially after a dry spell following the game’s launch. However, there’s a catch: new codes are currently only released during developer livestreams and tend to expire shortly after. The latest batch came with the 3.0 livestream on December 12 and has already expired, so if you missed out, you’ll need to wait for the next event to snag new codes. When they are available, these redemption codes can provide a significant advantage in this gacha RPG, whether you’re a veteran Rover of Solaris-3 or just starting your journey. I’ve gathered all the relevant information here for your convenience.

Redeeming these codes will reward players with a variety of useful items, with Astrite being the most crucial. This resource is essential for purchasing Tides, which are used to fund Wuthering Waves wishes—essentially pulls in the gacha system to acquire new Resonators and more. Be sure to check back regularly, as I’ll update this with new Wuthering Waves codes as they’re released, keeping you in the loop on the latest offers.

One code from the launch is likely permanent, so it’s worth checking back occasionally to see if you can snag any extra rewards from it. Currently, the only promos being released are tied to the regular livestreams, and they’re only valid for a couple of days, so you’ll need to act quickly. If you encounter a message saying “The redemption code has been used” when trying to claim one, it means you’ve either already used that code or it’s no longer valid.

Unlike codes for other games, there’s no way to redeem Wuthering Waves codes online through an official website. You’ll need to claim them directly in the game, but you can only do so after defeating the first tutorial boss and reaching Union Level 2.

Once you’ve made it past that point, open the Terminal menu and select the Settings cog in the bottom right corner. Scroll down to the Other Settings option, marked with a wrench icon, and under the Account heading, you’ll find the Redemption Code ‘Redeem’ button to enter your code. If you don’t see this option, you haven’t progressed far enough in the story yet, so keep pushing forward.

After entering a valid Wuthering Waves code, head back to the main Terminal menu and select the mail icon at the bottom to access your inbox, where your rewards will be waiting. Hit the ‘Claim’ button at the end of the mail to add the items to your inventory—these mails are set to automatically delete after 15 days, so make sure to claim your rewards promptly.

Now that the game has been out for a while, there are several expired Wuthering Waves codes that are no longer valid, which I’ve moved to this section for reference. The top two codes were circulated online at launch but may have been fake or never activated, as they’ve never worked. It’s unclear if they originated from game files, unreleased marketing materials, or were simply made up. If any use for them is discovered in the future, I’ll update this guide accordingly:

The Echo Starter Pack offered via an outlet expired on June 13, 2024, and the deadline to redeem the code you received from it has now passed.

The Waking of a World Bundle that was available through Twitch also expired on June 22, 2024, and the cut-off to redeem the code from your Drops Inventory has passed as well.
