Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core Release Date and Launch Schedule

Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core is the tougher, more action-packed sibling of the classic DRG experience. As is typical for our space-faring dwarves, they’ve dug too deep and stirred up trouble: mining teams are going missing, prompting the company to deploy their heavily armed, ultra-lethal Reclaimers to tackle this crisis with a more aggressive approach to loss prevention. And of course, it’s all wrapped up in a roguelite format.

If you’re ready to dive into a more intense version of Deep Rock, here are the unlock times and release date for Deep Rock Galactic: Rogue Core.

The game will enter early access at 12 pm EDT / 5 pm BST on Wednesday, May 20. This timing gives players in the US and Europe a good chunk of daylight for some dwarfing adventures, but if you’re located further east, you might need to burn the midnight oil for some roguelite rock and stone.

For those in different time zones, you can easily check when Rogue Core goes live in your area using a time zone converter.

As for preloading, it looks like that won’t be an option this time around. Preloading is rare for early access launches on Steam, and there hasn’t been any word from the developers about it. Fortunately, the recommended system requirements are pretty light, asking for just 6 GB of storage, so the wait to jump in once the unlock time hits shouldn’t be too long.
