Exploring the Helldivers 2 Killzone Warbond: Is It Worth Your Time?

The Helldivers 2 Killzone Warbond brings back two iconic Helghast-themed armor sets, three weapons, and four exclusive vehicle patterns, allowing players to embody the notorious Helghast faction. However, this Legendary Warbond comes with a steep price tag. Many of these items were previously available in the Superstore back in 2024, and some were even handed out for free, so you might already own them. To help you navigate this, here’s a breakdown of what the Killzone Legendary Warbond offers and whether it’s worth your investment.

If you’re not a die-hard Killzone enthusiast or don’t have a ton of Super Credits to spare, the Killzone-themed Righteous Revenants Warbond may not stand out compared to other options in Helldivers 2. While the weapons and armor are solid—featuring the versatile Acclimated armor passive—they aren’t essential, especially since some of the best Helldivers 2 weapons can be found elsewhere.

For those who managed to snag this Warbond for free, it’s a nice addition to your arsenal, but paying 1,500 Super Credits for it might not be justified. This price is lower than the total cost of the items when they were in the Superstore in December 2024, which was 1,975 Super Credits. The main perks of the Killzone Warbond are the four exclusive Helghast vehicle patterns and its status as the most affordable Warbond in terms of Medals, though it doesn’t rank among the top Warbonds overall.

The Killzone Warbond features 12 items that were initially available in the Superstore, including two armor sets and three loadout weapons, plus four new vehicle patterns, totaling 16 items. This makes Righteous Revenants the smallest Warbond to date in terms of individual items, and being a Legendary Warbond, it doesn’t include any Super Credits.

Like the Helldivers 2 Halo Legendary Warbond, the Killzone Legendary Warbond is available in the Superstore for 1,500 Super Credits. While this is a bit pricier than usual for a Warbond, you might be able to save some Medals or even acquire it for free if you meet specific criteria.

The only Killzone-themed item not tied to the Warbond is the WASP support weapon, which is one of the better Stratagems in Helldivers 2. This weapon was made available to all players as part of a Major Order around the time the Killzone items were first released in December 2024.

If you have Super Credits to spend, consider checking out the Helldivers 2 Python Commandos or Helldivers 2 Dust Devils Warbonds instead.
