You can locate Arc Raiders’ Expired Respirators in medical facilities, as detailed in various loot guides. A popular spot for these is the Testing Annex in Dam Battlegrounds. This area is not only easy to access but also tends to be less crowded and dangerous. It offers plenty of loot opportunities while being conveniently close to a lift for a quick escape if it’s operational when you find what you need.

To maximize your chances of finding Expired Respirators, head straight to the Testing Annex, go up to the first floor, and explore all the scientific and medical rooms. These areas are hard to miss, featuring offices with large, wobbly yellow glass panels and desks cluttered with scientific equipment. Be thorough in your search; I found most of my respirators on one of the storage racks.
