Forza Horizon 6 Launches Live Service with Weekly Exclusive Rewards
With the launch of Forza Horizon 6, Series 1 is now in full swing. Think of Series as the game’s take on live service seasons found in other titles. To snag points and unlock exclusive vehicles like the Mazda Furai, you’ll need to dive into the Festival Playlist.
While Forza Horizon 6 is generally user-friendly (which is a plus), the Festival Playlist and Series can be a bit complex. No need to stress, though—I’ll break down everything you can earn in Series 1: Welcome to Japan and how to get your hands on it.
Series 1: Welcome to Japan runs from May 21 to June 18, after which it will transition to Series 2: Horizon Decades. Throughout this period, you’ll need to complete various tasks and events in the Festival Playlist each week. If you’ve been enjoying early access, you can find it on the right side of the pause menu or in your garage.
The Festival Playlist consists of a variety of challenges and events—races, PR stunts, and more—that allow you to earn points and unlock time-sensitive rewards each week, typically featuring two top-tier cars. The weekly schedule aligns with seasonal weather changes, adding an extra layer of excitement.
To access the Festival Playlist, you’ll need to earn your first Wristband, which should take about an hour.
