Guide to Acquiring Conduit Crystal in Subnautica 2
Finding Conduit Crystal in Subnautica 2 is essential for crafting the Feedback Resonator and the Bioscanner upgrade, enhancing your existing tools with new capabilities. You’ll need about five of these crystals, and they currently serve no other purpose, making them straightforward to collect and forget about.
To gather this material, ensure you have the Tadpole Depth module unlocked and crafted, as it allows you to dive deeper to locate these items.
Conduit Crystal can be found at depths below 250 meters, particularly on the cliffs surrounding the Alien Ruins’ Angel Comb, beneath the Alien Power Plant, and on ledges near other alien structures and habitats. Each crystal resembles a coral-like formation coated in molten metal, protruding from the ocean floor.
The video above demonstrates the location of the first crystal, but if you need a quick guide:
Just use your Sonic Resonator to harvest it. I discovered later that there’s another crystal on the ledge directly below this one, so be sure to explore the crater with the Angel Comb.
In the second video, if you head northeast from the Angel Comb and follow the purple tube down the ravine, you’ll spot two more Conduit Crystals to your right just before reaching the glowing green pools.
Additionally, you can scan the Feedback Resonator in this area, which is one of the upgrades that requires this material.
