As the name suggests, you can obtain Vaporizer Regulators by defeating and looting Vaporizers. These new Arc machines, added in the Flashpoint update, frequently spawn during the Close Scrutiny map condition. And when I say frequently, I mean they’re practically everywhere.

Vaporizers are large aerial drones that resemble Rocketeers from a distance but come armed with a laser beam capable of igniting you and the surrounding area. Like Rocketeers, they often appear solo, but they can also spawn in groups, especially when you start breaching an Assessor, the unique loot locations that pop up during the Close Scrutiny event.
