Guide to Finishing “A Wrench in the Works” in Arc Raiders

A Wrench in the Works is one of the new quests introduced in Arc Raiders’ Riven Tides update, but it takes you far from the beach vibes. This quest sends you back to Spaceport, where Celeste is on the lookout for signs of a mutiny.

Although it’s a brief quest, the first destination isn’t marked on your map, making it a bit tricky to find. You’ll want to head to the western gate, which is essentially the main road on the west side of the map, starting between the Departure Building and the Arrival Building and leading toward the Water Towers. The bus you need is located at the junction at the east end of this road, where it meets the Departure Building. Look for a red and blue shipping container nearby, tucked against a rock—once you know where to look, it’s easy to spot.

Hop into the bus and interact with the notes pinned to the wall behind the driver’s seat to move forward.

Next, make your way northwest to the far corner of the Spaceport map, where the Water Towers area is located. It’s a bit out of the way, so you might not have visited this spot before. Enter the northernmost water tower and climb up the scrap metal to reach a narrow ledge. There, you’ll find the box of sabotage supplies behind you. Interact with it to send its location back to Celeste in Speranza and finish the quest. Plus, you’re just a short distance from an extraction lift—easy peasy!
