Locate the Vintage Tapes and Portable TV for the Movie Night Quest in Arc Raiders

Arc Raiders’ Headwinds update has introduced a slew of new quests, and Movie Night is definitely one of the trickier ones. While it may not rely as heavily on luck as With a View, you’ll still need to navigate the Shredder-infested Cultural Archives to complete it.

In the most challenging part of Movie Night, Apollo tasks you with locating the Stack of Movie Tapes in the Cultural Archives, which you’ll need to extract and deliver back to him. Additionally, you’ll be on the hunt for a Portable TV, and I’ll guide you on where to find both items.

The Stack of Movie Tapes can be found in a heap of furniture located in the southwest corner of the Cultural Archives, just to the right of the entrance from the Atrium. Interact with the furniture pile to collect the Stack of Movie Tapes.

If you’re entering from the Atrium, head down the stairs into the Cultural Archives and take an immediate right to spot some old furniture draped with a white sheet. Look for a blue circle with a cross spray-painted on the wall behind it; it’s pretty hard to miss.

I suggest equipping a loadout with a safe pocket to secure the old tapes in case you get taken out. You might not even need weapons or gear since you can avoid the Shredders lurking in the Archives. As long as you have the movie tapes in your safe pocket, you can surrender to return to Speranza more quickly.

The next key task in the Movie Night quest is to find a Portable TV and bring it back to Apollo. The best spots to search for a Portable TV are in drawers and filing cabinets, typically found in Residential areas like Buried City’s Buried Properties or Santa Maria Houses. You can also check the two pharmacies located at Piazza Arbusto and Plaza Rosa for filing cabinet containers.

Just like with the Stack of Movie Tapes, make sure to stash the Portable TV in your safe pocket once you find it. If you have nothing else to extract, you can surrender right after securing it.

Once you’ve returned both items to Speranza, hand them over to Apollo to wrap up the Movie Night quest.
