Locating Tomo’s Missing Cat in The Forge

The Forge combines elements of Roblox RPG and mining simulation, and what’s an RPG without some off-the-beaten-path quests? One of your initial side adventures kicks off in Stonewake’s Cross, where you’ll be tasked with finding a fellow explorer’s missing pet in the Tomo’s Lost Cat quest.

Tomo may have an oddly cheerful vibe, but he’s feeling pretty down about his lost companion. Helping him out nets you a solid chunk of XP and a new title. While the quest overlaps with others, once you know where to locate Tomo’s lost cat in The Forge, it becomes a straightforward mission.

To find the lost cat, head to the Goblin Cave, which is accessible only after completing the Goblin King quests in the Forgotten Kingdom. If you’ve already tackled his five tasks, you can unlock the door in an alcove to the right of the king and enter the cave.

Once inside the Goblin Cave, cross the bridge and go through the waterfall. You’ll find yourself in a rocky nook that appears empty, but you can actually pass through the back wall by running against it. It’s just an illusion, and Tomo’s lost cat is waiting for you in the hidden passage. A sped-up video can help guide you to the exact spot.

1. Talk to Tomo on the hill in Stonewake’s Cross and agree to help.
2. Unlock the Forgotten Kingdom by completing Sensei Moro’s quest.
3. Reach Level 10 and use the Portal to the Forgotten Kingdom.
4. Unlock the Goblin Cave by finishing all five Goblin King quests.
5. Enter the cave, go through the waterfall, and run through the fake wall.
6. Collect Tomo’s cat in the hidden passage and return to Stonewake’s Cross.

If you encounter any obstacles along the way, consider redeeming The Forge codes or looking up tips for farming ore, crafting gear, and upgrading your pickaxe.

In addition to Tomo’s heartfelt thanks, finding his lost cat rewards you with a ton of XP (I leveled up twice from it) and the Cat Lover title to flaunt alongside your in-game username.

To equip a title in The Forge, click the Settings icon in the top left, then select the Title dropdown. You’ll find the Cat Lover tag ready for you to showcase your achievements in animal welfare with pride.
