Engaging in VIP work in GTA Online is a solid way to rake in cash, especially when there’s a 4x cash and RP bonus on the table. While it may not be the most profitable activity in the game, it’s definitely worth your time and hassle-free. The options I’ll outline here don’t require other players, so you can dive in whenever you like.

Here’s how to kick off your VIP work in GTA Online, along with the best missions to easily boost your earnings.

To begin VIP work, you’ll need to purchase an office through the Dynasty 8 website on your phone. Opt for the Dynasty 8 Executive—specifically, the Maze Bank West property, which is free. Once you’ve secured the office, head over and interact with your CEO terminal. After that, you can:

If your server is already filled with CEOs, just open the menu, navigate to the online tab, and select “Find new session.” Once you’re registered as a CEO, starting VIP work is simple: open the interaction menu, select “SecuroServ CEO,” and then “VIP work” to see a list of available jobs.
