The Frostcursed Armor in Crimson Desert is ideal for those who want to channel their inner lich king with some stylish undead plate. Not only does it look fantastic, but it also offers impressive ice resistance—perfect for taming the legendary horse Royler or just exploring the chilly regions of Pywel.

The helmet provides immunity to daze effects, while the boots enhance XP gain and climbing speed. The best part? You won’t need to defeat any tough bosses or complete challenging trials, unlike the equally stylish Shadow Armor. Here’s where to find each piece of the Frostcursed Plate Armor in Crimson Desert.

You’ll discover five pieces of the Frostcursed Armor scattered in north Demeniss, all relatively close to one another. Most are hidden behind waterfalls that require the Stab skill to access. Here’s the optimal route to collect them.

Start by locating the Frostcursed Cloak in the Sanctum of Expiation in north Demeniss, directly east across the river from Drakesfall Gorge in north Hernand—look for the ruin atop a hill.

First, clear out the enemies in the sanctum to secure the area, or attempt a stealthy approach. Then, find the central courtyard with the collapsing floor and look for a side doorway with stairs leading down to red-spiked roots. Use Blinding Flash to burn them away.

Crawl inside, navigate down the passage, turn right (dodge the spike trap), and follow the path to a treasure chest containing the cloak and a Palmar Pill. I ended up trapped by the spikes, so I respawned outside.

Next, head east from the Sanctum of Expiation to find the Frostcursed Helm in the Chattering Rocks—a small set of ruined buildings with a central pool. Near the pool, spot a stone window with a ladder to its left.

To the left of that, in a shadowy, crumbling section of the building, you’ll find vines blocking a doorway that can be burned away with Blinding Flash. Go inside and open the treasure chest to claim the Frostcursed Plate Helm.

After that, the Frostcursed Gloves can be found in the Lunar Spirit Grotto, directly east of the Chattering Rocks, behind the waterfall at the river’s mouth leading to Tariv. Jump down to the base of the waterfall, where a path leads up and a small pile of stones marks the spot.

Use Stab to get through the waterfall—stand in front, hold shift (RB on controller), then hold and release the left mouse button (or Y on controller) to stab through. Inside, you’ll find a treasure chest with the Frostcursed Plate Gloves and a Refined Palmar Pill.

Following the gloves, the Frostcursed Boots are located in the Well of Tragedy Grotto, just northeast of the Lunar Spirit Grotto. The easiest way to find it is to head east from the grotto, down the river toward Tariv, then turn left up the next river to spot a waterfall.

Look for the small cairn at its base, then stab through to find a chest containing the Frostcursed Plate Boots.

Finally, the last piece, the Frostcursed Armor, is in Mistshard Cave, north of the Well of Tragedy Grotto. Once again, it’s behind a waterfall, so find the base, look for the cairn, and stab through.

This time, you’ll need to destroy a rock with Force Palm right after. Go through, open the treasure chest, and you’re all set to don your lich king or nazgul look!
