Unlocking Enshrouded Twitch Drops: A Guide for Non-Livestream Viewers

Nothing frustrates me more than setting my sights on a cool in-game cosmetic, only to discover it was part of a marketing campaign I missed ages ago. Thankfully, that’s not the case with Enshrouded’s Twitch Drops.

In this survival crafting RPG, you can snag rewards just for tuning into livestreams of Embervale. But if you miss those limited broadcast windows, don’t worry! You can still earn that adorable Fluffy Hood or stylish Flame Pact Vest by completing quests that grant Enshrouded Twitch Drops.

The Blood Rose set, along with a super cute heart-shaped cushion, will be available for two weeks through Twitch Drops, starting Thursday, January 22, and wrapping up on February 5, 2026.

I’m currently working on collecting the Blood Rose set in-game, but I haven’t pieced it all together yet. The quest kicks off with the Huntress, and if you’re looking for something to keep you occupied while you wait, keep reading for more cosmetics you might have missed.

You can add these cosmetic items to your inventory as often as you like, whenever you want. Just keep in mind that you can’t share them with friends, and finding the in-game versions won’t permanently unlock the drops from this menu.

The Blood Rose cosmetic set and Heart Pillow are the latest Twitch Drops, so if you’re on the hunt for other stream-exclusive goodies, you’ll need to dive into some Enshrouded quests to get the gear.

To collect the Siren Seeker set pieces, you’ll need the Mining Sieve, which you can obtain from the Blacksmith’s A Tool For Underwater Mining quest.

The quest for the Cosmetic Siren Seeker Outfit starts after you pick up a Siren Seeker set piece and takes you to underwater ruins scattered throughout Veilwater Basin.

You can find the Siren Seeker Headband in Little Lagoon, just south of the Ancient Obelisk. Face Drak’Dal Temple from the land to the south, dive into the lake near an Aquamarine deposit, and look along the southern wall for a boulder with an underwater cave entrance to the left. The headband chest is buried under a pile of rubble in the back of the cave.

To snag the Siren Seeker Chest, glide east in Lake Heartblood from the Veilwater Basin Ancient Spire. Once you reach the other side of the large rock formation, dive down to a small shipwreck and open the golden chest for your chest piece.

The Siren Seeker Gloves are located between Drak’Dal Temple and Fish Farm at Starfish Shores. They’re underwater in another shipwreck, near one of the larger rock formations in the lake.

For the Siren Seeker Pants, head to the northern Cromville Hot Springs, where the series of waterfalls begins. Enter the cave behind the waterfall and take a quick dive. The pants are inside another chest hidden by a shipwreck.

The Siren Seeker Sandals can be found in Dragondream Lake, west of Tavern Ol’ Salt ‘N Pepper. Dive into the lake and look for a shipwreck with a cross-shaped sail. The boots are buried just beneath the piles of gold coins.

The quest for the Cosmetic Scholar of the Empyrean starts after you pick up an Empyrean set piece and takes you to Night Sanctums in the Nomad Highlands.

Collecting all five items from the Empyrean set may take some time, as each piece requires completing a Nomad Highlands Night Sanctum. These dungeons are straightforward, but I recommend crafting a stack of lockpicks and gathering five Sparks from Flames for the journey. Night Sanctums are only accessible at night, and you’ll need two sparks to enter.

After finishing each dungeon, teleport to the Nomad Highlands Ancient Spire to glide to your next destination. A map is included to help you navigate to every sanctum needed to complete the Scholar of the Empyrean set—this should save you from my mistake of visiting every Night Sanctum I didn’t need.

Unlike the Fluffy, Empyrean, and Siren Seeker sets, the Flame Pact cosmetic unlocks all at once from opening a single chest in-game.

To start the quest Celebrate the Pact of the Flame, you’ll need to grow your village until you’ve recruited the Blacksmith, Hunter, Alchemist, and Farmer. Then, speak to The Flame. Once you meet its demands for expanding your base and flame strength, the quest will begin.

Your destination is Temple Ruin, a crumbling building northeast of the Springlands spire. Follow the path under the stairs and destroy the barrel (and spiders) blocking the secret entrance. Inside, grapple across the gap, hit the button to unlock the door above, and defeat the newly risen skeletons. All five pieces of the Flame Pact set await you in the glowing coffin.

The quest for Finding the Cosmetic Fluffy Set starts after you pick up a Fluffy set piece and takes you to goat farms across the Albaneve Summits.

The Fluffy Hood is easy to find if you glide into the valley just west of the Albaneve Summits Ancient Spire. Look for a small shed on the east side of the farm; it’s buried underground in a chest.

Matching Fluffy Boots are northeast of the spire at Little Rock Goat Farm. Grab a lockpick and head into the small room at the top of the main building to find the chest.

The Fluffy Mittens are located in the far northeast corner of the summits at Grassy Pasture Goat Farm; they’re inside the only nearby building in another locked chest.

For the Fluffy Pants, go to Wickmouth Goat Farm southeast of the spire. Look for the house with locked double doors, then head inside and use the grappling hook to reach the loft above the door. You’ll find the trousers there, inside yet another chest needing a lockpick.

The Fluffy Tunic is likely your last piece, as it requires you to fully upgrade the Flame. Head to the Enshrouded Goat Farm northeast of the Albaneve Summits Ancient Spire and look behind the back of the building. You’ll spot it tucked away inside a small cave along the ground, not inside the actual building.

After recruiting Fenrig from the Wolf Cave, place him around your base to start the quest Finding a Garden Gnome. Glide north from the Low Meadows Ancient Spire until you reach Wistful Fields. There are lore snippets scattered around the village that hint at the gnome’s location, but you don’t need to find them to continue.

When you’re ready, look north from the southernmost building in Wistful Fields and walk toward the garden on the left side of the path. The gnome is buried here, so you’ll need a pickaxe to dig it out. If you’re having trouble, wait until night—quest items glow red, making them easier to spot in the dark.
