⚔️ The Griffin armor diagrams can be found in Velen.⚔️ This set requires level 11 to equip.⚔️ To obtain the diagrams, you’ll need to battle wraiths, endrega, an ekimmara, and a wyvern.⚔️ You can purchase the upgrade diagram locations by getting Edwin Greloff’s maps from the blacksmith in Midcopse, the armorer in Hierarch Square, and Éibhear Hattori after completing the Of Swords and Dumplings quest.

The Griffin armor is a medium witcher gear set designed to enhance your sign abilities, transforming your Yrden into an AoE that mitigates damage and boosts sign intensity while you’re within it. The set includes four armor pieces and two swords, but no crossbow.

To forge the basic Griffin witcher armor, head to Dragonslayer’s Grotto in eastern Velen, northwest of Downwarren. The video above illustrates the path through this area, but you can also forge the armor at the armorers in Crow’s Perch, Novigrad, or Kaer Trolde.

Inside the chest, you’ll find Witcher George’s Journal, which reveals the locations of the Griffin Silver Sword and Griffin Steel Sword, both located in the Velen region. Keep in mind that this set does not include a crossbow.

In the Hindhold watchtower in northern Velen, directly east of the Border Post, be ready to face endrega workers and warriors.

At Lornruk lighthouse in western Velen, north of Heatherton, a wyvern is nesting, and you’ll need to access it underwater through a cave inhabited by drowners.

Once you’ve crafted the basic armor, you can upgrade it to enhanced, superior, and mastercrafted versions by locating the corresponding diagrams.
