Upcoming and Current Banners in Honkai: Star Rail
December 17, 2025: Version 3.8 has arrived, and this time it’s sticking around for an extended eight-week run. This means we have three phases of banners to look forward to, featuring the new character The Dahlia (also known as Constance from Ever-Flame Mansion) alongside a rerun of Firefly in Phase 1. Phase 2 will bring back Fugue and Lingsha, while Phase 3 will see Aglaea and Sunday making their return.
Just like our quirky Trailblazer, the banners in Honkai: Star Rail are always shifting, so it’s wise to keep an eye on the current and upcoming banners.
These limited-time rotating banners, known as ‘Event Warps’ in Star Rail, typically last for three weeks. Whether you’re eyeing a new character or a rerun, once those three weeks are up, it’s time to bid farewell and welcome the new banners with your stash of Special Pass tickets. Personally, I’m sitting on just three tickets, which makes saving a challenge when you want every character in the game.
It’s advisable to convert your Stellar Jade into Special Pass tickets rather than the regular Pass tickets used for standard and Departure Warp banners. You can easily accumulate regular tickets just by playing, but snagging characters available only for a limited time is much trickier—just look at my sad Special Pass ticket count. So, when your favorite character pops up, you’ll want to be prepared.
Fugue and Lingsha are the next characters featured in Honkai: Star Rail, with Fugue being a five-star Fire-attacker of the Nihility path and Lingsha a five-star Fire-attacker of the Abundance path. They will be available in Phase 2 of version 3.8, starting January 7.
The boosted four-star characters on Fugue and Lingsha’s upcoming banners are:
Remember, version 3.8 is special because it runs for eight weeks instead of the usual six, which means we have a Phase 3 of banners featuring Aglaea and Sunday. Unfortunately for Rappa fans, her rerun will have to wait until 4.0.
The boosted four-star characters on Aglaea and Sunday’s upcoming banners are:
Stay updated with the latest news and best deals as selected by the community.
Currently, The Dahlia and Firefly are the featured banners in Honkai: Star Rail, both set to conclude on January 7.
The Dahlia is a new five-star Fire-attacker of the Nihility path on her Dance in Flame Banner, while Firefly is a returning five-star Fire-attacker of the Destruction path on her Firefull Flyshine Banner.
The boosted four-star characters on The Dahlia and Firefly’s current banners are:
Finally, the wait for an Ever-Flame Mansion character is over with The Dahlia’s debut, which comes over a year and a half after the gang was teased in one of the most exciting Myriad Celestia trailers. Does this mean we might see more characters from another morally ambiguous faction soon? Come on, just take my money already!
Also, don’t forget that Saber and Archer are still available on the special Collaboration Banner, and they’re expected to stick around for “a long time.” I wish I had more specifics, but that’s all the info available.
What I can share is that Saber is a five-star Wind-attacker of the Destruction path, and Archer is a five-star Quantum-attacker of the Hunt path.
In Phase 1 of version 3.8, the next Light Cones are Long Road Leads Home of the Nihility path and Scent Along Stays True of the Abundance path, which are Fugue and Lingsha’s signature Light Cones, respectively, featured on the Bygone Reminiscence Banner.
The boosted four-star Light Cones on the next Light Cone banners are:
Then in Phase 3, Time Woven Into Gold of the Remembrance path and A Grounded Ascent of the Harmony path will be rerunning. These are Aglaea and Sunday’s signature Light Cones, respectively, also featured on the Bygone Reminiscence Banner.
The boosted four-stars on the version 3.8 Phase 3 Light Cone banners are:
The Dahlia’s current Light Cone banner runs until January 7, showcasing her signature weapon, Never Forget Her Flame of the Nihility path. Also available until January 7 on the Bygone Reminiscence Banner is a rerun of Whereabouts Should Dreams Rest of the Destruction path, Firefly’s signature.
The boosted four-star Light Cones on the current Light Cone banners are:
Don’t forget that Archer and Saber’s signature Light Cones are part of the Collaboration Banner. You can try for Saber’s with A Thankless Coronation Light Cone and for Archer’s with The Hell Where Ideals Burn Light Cone.
Honkai: Star Rail has been rolling out banners at a rapid pace lately. The usual pattern of a new character and a rerun every phase has evolved into a bit of a gamble regarding whether the Indelible Coterie banner and its six character reruns will show up. (Seriously, do you not have enough of our money already?)
Despite the choice overload, these special banners are a fantastic way to ensure that no character is left behind for too long, a common issue in miHoYo’s other gacha giant, Genshin Impact. If you’re curious about how long it’s been since a character last appeared or just want a quick glance at the current banners, here’s the complete list of all banners in Honkai: Star Rail:
