A newly established agency, along with the operator of the Prime League and another company, is under the control of a single holding firm owned by the founders of Freaks 4U, as indicated by shareholder records. All entities are registered at the address of the now-insolvent company.
The DACH ERL has established its operational framework for 2026 and 2027, now under the management of onethreefive gaming, a new entity spearheaded by well-known personalities from Germany’s esports production industry. This transition follows the insolvency of the former license holder, Freaks 4U Gaming, in late 2025.
